Requirement of filing of it return u/s 44AE
An individual having one transportation vehicle which is used for carriage of goods is it mandatory to file income tax return u/s 44AE for AY 2019-20? please confirm.

Not mandatory. Can file ITR3 with income u/h. PGBP.
