According to me it is not correct 

To inspect documents, one has to carry the printed copy of the challan (downloaded after payment of inspection fees as mentioned above) to the concerned ROC, in every ROC there is a inspection section which allows inspection of documents on production of the printed challan copy, but this inspection facility is available for a limited hour during a day. One can take the xerox copies of these physical forms after paying necessary fees per copy.

Dear Sonakshi Bhargava, Thanks for replying me , i agree you , i too went to ROC with the challan obtained from MCA , but ROC is not allowing me to inspect details pertaining 1995 ,they are saying inspection is possible only for last 6 years,   is the act of ROC is right in law? if you have any idea about how to obtain this informations please tell me ..
