We are looking for a Company Auditor who will perform the following roles.
1. Finalization of the financials
2. Income Tax Return Filing of Company and Directors
3. Preparing the directors’ disclosures of interest in other concerns
4. Preparing the declarations from the directors
5. Drafting of Board’s report
6. Preparation of Annual General Meeting Minutes and related documents
7. Drafting of Annual return
8. Preparation of E -forms for filing of balance sheet; P&L etc, with the RoC
9. Preparing and printing Share certificates
10. Updating the statutory registers
11. TDS and Service Tax Compliances (Monthly payment advice and required return filings)
12. Drafting the notice, minutes and attendance sheets of the board meetings (after receipt of updates from our end).
