my client had done 45 lac turnover in F.Y-2017-18....he is doing business of Floor selling and grains.....he bought wheat , pulse...and grinding them and sellling floor.....
so is he require to take GSTN no.?????

If you are dealing with taxable goods, then gst registration is mandatory in your case.
