Sir,

I am from mehsana in Gujarat. I want to register my complain against refund of income tax which is deducted from my source of income and filled return for financial year 2007-08. I filled my return on 15.07.2008 but till date i cannot recive my refund from Income tax office, mehsana and staff of income tax office required some TIPS (money) for the said refund.  so i want to complaing to concern officer of income tax department.
