All CA stuents and CA should be aware of the fact that ICAWI is playing game in the name of promoting CWA profesion. The existence of ICAI has been challnged by ICWAI in the following way;
ICWAI want deletion of " Chertred from ICAI saying that It colonial word. But ICWAI is not rejecting use of englsh as medium of its couse. Who can say english is not a british language. It is native language of england who rules India.
Some facts about " Chartred " In pre-indepence Indian Accountants were not allowed to use word " Chartered on the racism.
British said ,only high calibre accountant like english can the same. After independence , we got AZADI and claim the stataus of Chartred .What is wrong in this.
There are so samy factors ,which british India has given to like CP in delhi , Indian railways , Can ICWAI suggest the govt to dismantle all.
ICWAI is trying to down grade by Name change , it claims it is managemnet accountants, There is no meaning of word " Management Accounting " in any where acroos the whole globe.
Just six countries have concept of management accounting . Outof them, in US and Canada , management accounting bodies are non govt, private ,or soceity bodies . Rest countries are Pakistan ,Shri Lanka and Bangaldesh , which Indian dont need to learn law making from thses countires.
All CA students and CA should request GOVT to make ICWAI a priviate ,non statutoy body because it wants to replcate activites of CIMA , which is running Managment Acounting course , which seesm to be more a MBA cousre and not and accountin cousre.
All CA studets and CA ask Govt that there should be one Regulatory body for each profesion like
Cricket BCCI
Banking RBI
Telecom TRAI
Share Market SEBI
Insurance IRDA
For Accounting Either ICAI ro ICWAI.
ALL should go ahead to stop marketing oF ICWAI , which is violating Professional ethics,
