logically only one natural person can attend general meeting on behalf of a corporate shareholder.. however, such corporate shareholder may authorise different natural person to represent in case the first mentioned person can't attend. if both persons attend the general meeting, then later authorization gets nullified and hence only once person is counted for quorum
