I have one notice received from Service tax department in which we have not submitted service tax return since long as regustration, but we have submitted all return at proper time , please let me know the matter of reply......

Hi, Write a letter to ST Dept, along with the copy of ST-3.
Please reply to the notice to the service tax department by enclosing alongwith the letter acknowledged copies of service tax returns. Also the last 2 returns would have been submitted online. You can download from there and give details of the same to the officer.
