Repeated attempts

Hai everybody,

Iam a pCC student . I appeared in November 2009.  got the following marks.

Advanced accounting - 40

auditing                          - 52

law                                   - 49

                  total                142  fail

I appeared in may 2010.

accounts - 41

auditing  - 46

law       -  57

total    -   143  fail

Please guide  me what should i  do to pass? as iam desparate to pass
