Under which head if business of partnership firm is of giving properties on rent itself?

It will be taxed under the head Income from Business and Profession provided it is the sole objective of the partnership firm and the same is provided in the partnership deed.

What if a partnership firm is into construction as well as rental business?
Both are included in partnership deed.
