Rental GST Invoice
Sir how I will raise Rental GST Invoice if buyer having West Bengal GST Registration but he receive service in Karnataka. My registration is also in Karnataka.

Where is property located ?, which given on rental basis by you to west Bengal party .
Property located in Bangalore.
POS is Bengaluru and hence it would be an intra state transaction.
As per section 12(2) (a) of the IGST act 2017 , place of supply will be where the property located , so its Bangalore , so therefore you have to raise invoice with CGST / SGST .
