My relative wants to apply for GST Registration for his Shop as a Sole Proprietor.
And the place is a rented place and no rental agreement was signed as the landlord is well known to my relative.
But for GST Registration purpose, rental agreement must be submitted for proof of address.
How shall the rental agreement be printed/signed. In bond paper or normal green stamp paper? Please guide
