Rent paid and TDS

hi all ,
i am director of newly established pvt limited, have to know about whether we can book expenses of rent paid by our associate company , as the agreement in the name of them.
what is treatment of payment rent if directly paid by us to owner? what is gst and tds provisions
please guide us in this matter
