Rent on commercial property

Please advise for below:

We have received a rent invoice from URD (Delhi), Property of URD in Gurgaon. Which we have taken on rent. We want to know that what is to paid in reverse charge ,'IGST, 'CGST,SGST'. 

Also advise in which section it falls....
