Do we have to deducts TDU/s 194I on water charges & electricity charges ,even if both have been shown seprately in rent bill.

Dear Friend!
Water Charges and Electrical charges to be excluded for making TDS under 194I.
explanation to Sec.194I means 'rent' to the amount charged in relation to the assets mentiioned therein........water or electricity charges can't be the part of the rent........
NO TDS TO BE DEDUCTED ON WATER CHARGES AND/OR ELECTRICITY CHARGES
