Quick Summary
If you're looking to register for GST using your father's shop as your business address, you have a couple of straightforward options. You can use a rent agreement or a leave and license agreement. Alternatively, a simple consent letter or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your father, along with a utility bill or property tax receipt, is sufficient for GST registration. Importantly, the NOC does not need to be on stamp paper.

You can get registered under GST with address proof as leave and license agreement / rent agreement with your father.
Or You can simply take consent letter or NOC from you father and get registered with GST.

Consent letter along with electricity bill copy /property tax receipt / municipal khata copy any one is sufficient to get registered, there is no need to prepare rent deed.
Thankyou sir but m asking this noc be on a stamp paper and if yes than minimum rate of stamp paper which accepted for gst registration
No, Consent letter/NOC need not be on stamp paper, You can take them simply on plain paper.
