Rent deed for father shop gst registration

hello expert i have my house attached with shop and now m starting my own construction business as a contractor so i want to gst registration but my house is on the name of my father so can i make it with rent deed and how much minimum stamp paper need so i can register my business as a rented place of business

You can get registered under GST with address proof as leave and license agreement / rent agreement with your father.
Or You can simply take consent letter or NOC from you father and get registered with GST.

Consent letter along with electricity bill copy /property tax receipt / municipal khata copy any one is sufficient to get registered, there is no need to prepare rent deed.
Thankyou sir but m asking this noc be on a stamp paper and if yes than minimum rate of stamp paper which accepted for gst registration
No, Consent letter/NOC need not be on stamp paper, You can take them simply on plain paper.
