Rent as per rent agreement for 10 months is 50000 excluding maintenance charges
But as per rental receipts for 3 months its 55000 including maintaince charges and 50000 for 7 months
so should i take 50000 as per rent deed for all 10months or 55000 for specific months ?
for house property computation purpose
