I have come across this problem and I believe even the CA's are unable to answer. The query is pertaining to the GST Website as I have renewed my DSC since my former certificate has expired and I have to to handle 2 Co's A/cs with 2 Branches (MAH & GUJ) that give me 4 GST Accounts to Handle. I was able to update my DSC for 1 Account but, I am unable to Update the other 3 Accounts (MESSAGE RESPONSE DSC REGISTERED WITH THE PAN NO IN ANOTHER ACCOUNT). Do you all have any kind of Suggestions as to what I should do or simply must say the the system is faulty.

The same is happening with me also.
First open the DSC with its utility and refresh.
Then try in gst portal. It will work.

You can try it by removing that DSC from all accounts thereafter add the same.
