we have received co. name approved as per form 1a as regency stones private limited on 5th sept 2009 but we req name as regency granites and stones private limited . so to get this name what is procedure. for renewal of name.

'Regency Granites Pvt. Ltd.' is already existing name. So concerned Roc must have rejected the same due to resemblance.Even then if u wish to apply that name, file fresh name approval application.
