Dear Sir/Madam,
Where can I show Remuneration payment to directors as per Schedule III of companies Act,2013. whether can I show under Employees Benefits or Other Expenses.
Please suggest me in this issue.

Thank Mam for suggestion but I have a doubt , as per Schedule III of companies act,2013 's Profit & loss account, is it allowing to add like that extra rows otherthan what mentioned in that schedule, I think we can't add like that
No, additions are allowed
No. You can add other rows that were not mentioned in schedule.
