You can't remove the bill from portal but amend it in next GSTR-1.
Change the taxable value and invoice value to zero amount.
Change the taxable value and invoice value to zero amount.
Yes under ammendment table in your next return amend the value of bill to zero or you can also reverse it issuing Credit Note
No way to revise the return.

while filing next month return GSTR_1 , you can amend such invoices with ZERO VALUE .
so that the effect of such invoices are nullify.
