removal of director in Pvt Ltd company

According to Section 169 of Companies Act 2013, Company by passing Ordanary Resolution , remove a DIRECTOR.

A special notice from member of Company proposing an ordanary resolution to remove the Director is neccessary.

Also send the copy of special notice to the Director proposed to be removed.

Call General meeting through Board resolution.

Hold General meeting and pass proposed resolution by ordanary resolution.

After Removal file Form No DIR 12 within 30 days of removal of Director
