For Removal Of auditor-Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 conflicts with the attachments required in form ADT-2. Please read the Rules. 

 

My question is when to file ADT-2? See the attachments of ADT-2..... Please Help

I too have to same question. I mean rule 7 states that cg approval is required before passing special resolution. ...then does form ADT 2 ask for date of special. Resolution. ...can any one please guide?? ?
