Sec 140(1) apply in case where auditors are removed before the expiry of term - 5 years or 10 years. Need to follow certain procedures for removal under 140(1)
Section140(1) is apply where auditor is removed before expiry of term . Term means before 1st AGM ( in case of first auditor) or before 6th AGM. ( subsequent auditor) or before next AGM ( in case of casual vacancy)
