Mr. X was appointed as a director of ABC Pvt. Ltd. at the time of incorporation. Now Mr. X has came to know that he has been removed from the Board of Dierctors in the year 2000 or 2001 without informing him and a new Director was appointed in place of him.
I want to know what are the resources/remedies available to Mr. X
No records of Form-32 is found with ROC bcoz 10 years have been pass

1. Firstly the company has violated the provisions of section 286 wherein the requirement of serving board notice to each and every director is must.
2. You should view the Form 32 from the mca website in which the ground for removal will be shown, only after the acknowledgement of the reaon for removal further ac tion will be decided.

Then go to Manesar(Gurgoan) ROC OFFICE for physical inspection of the documents where you will definitly find your FORM 32 AND THE REASONS FOR REMOVAL
