Check back in your bank internet banking under Tax Payments if TDS amount is deducted in bank account. It should be there in a few hours if not immediately available.

In my case....I recived tax paid challan in my e mail.....& message in mobile from tax department
also check payment history in tax portal
I also could not download challan after payment....but recived in mail by tax department
