For AY 21-22
In ITR 2 filed for AY 21-22, relief of u/s 91 has mistakenly put under relief of section 89.
Now demand has been raised.
Rectification filed u/s 154 got rejected.
What is the solution through which this can get sorted ??

File rectification before your JAO ,, however for 21 -22 JAO have not rights to rectify but as soon as right will be transferred to JAo it could be rectified at JAO level
