Relief u/s 89 disallowed inadvertently.

I received text message from department as below:
" Dear Taxpayer, claim of relief u/s 89 of IT Act disallowed inadvertently. Error is regretted. Order u/s 154 rectifying the intimation will be issued expeditiously"
Now what should I do for refund ? whether grievance should be raised ?

Quick Summary
If your claim for relief under Section 89 of the Income Tax Act was inadvertently disallowed, the Income Tax Department has acknowledged the error and will issue an order under Section 154 to rectify the intimation. This means they will correct their mistake. If you receive such a message, you should await the rectification order. If the corrected intimation results in a demand or a different refund amount than you expected, you have the option to file a rectification yourself or agree with the demand and pay any resulting tax.

Hello, I too received same message from Income tax department, Not sure what to do

Somebody please advise on further action

I too received the same message? Please advise me.

The intimation u/s 154  contains details of the return submitted by you and the numbers that the department has. If there is a mismatch i.e. a demand or higher refund than what you had claimed in the return you can do the following – 1. File a rectification 2. Agree with the demand and pay the tax
