Relief u/s 89
if a person did not claim relief u/s 89 for AY 2013-14. return processed with demand. is there any remedy now.

Dear Sunil,
You cannot revise your return but u can disagree the demand with the reason for the same as forget to claim relief under section 89 . Now its upon AO who has to check it

You can talk to AO/ASK and see if they allow you to rectify it
