Sir, I filed form 10E and my income tax return form in new tax regime. But department not consider relief claim under section 89(1) and create a demand in Intimation 143(1). I am confuse. Is relief in section 89(1) can be claim in new tax regime. Please help.

Have shown the relief in ITR ?
