hi good morning.. relaxation is only for those using *Ind AS* .. other company's requirement to file xbrl within 30 days remains the same..
We had used current XBRL taxonomy to file XBRL for a company for which IND AS is applicable. Certain adjustments were made in the headings, but didnt realise that new taxonomy for those companies was pending. Form has also been filed. What is the remedy now? Is there provision for removing the form already filed and filing a new AOC-4 XBRL, once the taxonomy comes?
yes.. you can refile the form.. once u file the fresh form the old form should technically b removed by the system.. if it doesn't happen, then u can raise technical complaint n get it removed.. pls ensure u attach an explanation letter to fresh form
