no landing charges were removed
yes there are two changes in computation of AV 1. removed landing charges of 1 percent
2. Some changes in Rule 10 (2)

landing charges were removed w.e.f 1st April 2017
what is the effective change in Rule 10(2)
actual landing charges added in rule 10 (2) ie fright charges includes this landing charges
