Is there any amendments in computation of assessable value..? 1% landing charges existing or not??

no landing charges were removed

yes there are two changes in computation of AV 1. removed landing charges of 1 percent
2. Some changes in Rule 10 (2)

actual landing charges added in rule 10 (2) ie fright charges includes this landing charges
