My brother annual income Is 10lakh and his Co. Want to deduct TDS 7500p.m.. I want to ask if my brother declare his saving which he Will do this previous year than the Co. Deduct less TDS or Not...

Yes, the company should accept your proposed savings and should tax accordingly. But be sure that your brother will have to submit the relevant proofs of investments made by him when the co. asks the same.

Your brother needs to submit the relevant proofs of investment to his company. Accordingly the company will deduct his tax based on his net total income
