Can we claim ITC on RCM basis..?

You want to say rcm liability can use against the credit
No you can not
You want to say rcm liability can use against the credit
Can RCM liability be taken as a Credit to be paid against output tax.?
Once you paid the rcm liability then only credit can availed against the output liability
