For investors..... ITR2
For traders....... intraday or F&O...... ITR3 or under presumptive assessment ITR4
If u r having long term or short term capital gain on sale of security-ITR 2 can be filed.
For intra day trading in securities & Futures and options either u can file ITR 3 or 4.
in case of intraday and delivery basis(simultaneously) transactions??
ITR 3 ... In case of single trading account, everything will be treated as income from 'PGBP'
