Dear All,
When the Additional Director was appointed, a noting, that this is Additional Director, was done in Register of directors and key managerial personnel and their shareholding as per Sec 170(1) of CA2013.
In the AGM, the Director was regularised. Does noting need to done again after the regularisation?

Yes, because the Director is being reappointed as "Director" under Section 152 of Companies Act, 2013. It is actually considered as reappointment.
Appointment of additional director is entered in the register of Directors with effect from such and such date and regularization of such director is also entered in register of Director under section 170 of the Companies Act 2013 with effect from __________
