regularisation of additional director

whether we have to again obtain dir-2 and issue letter of appointment to the director and file the same along with dir-12.

If company wants to appointment him as director then regularise the person(additional director) as director in GM by Shareholder Resolution .

File form DIR 12 for change in designation of director along with ordinary resolution.

When regularising the AD you have to file the following docs with DIR 12
1. Consent in DIR2
2. Interest in otr entities
3. Certified copy of resolution passed in AGM
