What formalities to be done to convert from regular tax payer to composition scheme

No cannot swift now from regular to composition, As per Rule 3 , one can opt for composit secheme at start of FY

For opting composition scheme you have to give a online request on gst portal. But now it is not possible, as the time limit for opting composition scheme was closed on 31march18.
