TDS deducted by the buyer should be deposited by challan for the TDS payment on or before the 7th of next month in which the TDS is deducted. ... TDS returns are filed quarterly within 15 days (next month of quarter end).
Under Section 234E, you will have to pay a fine of Rs 200 per day (two hundred) until your return is filed. You have to pay this for every day of delay until the fine amount is equal to the amount you are supposed to pay as TDS. ... The delay is 105 days counting 17th November
