I have registered under Direct Entry Scheme to IPCC later on I have recieved a letter from CA Chennai Institute stating that ineligible for the said programme but I got an registration allotment number. Now I was in a dilemma whether I have registered under scheme or not and waht about the fees
As per my knowledge,..
are you eligible to registered under direct entry scheme
you are telling that you have receive a letter telling that you are in eligible to register,
so i am in a opinion that you have received a provisional registration number,
as institute refund money back in any case - as per my knowledge.
so just confirm that are you satisfied with all conditions attached by icai to register as a director entry scheme.

But i will recomend you to visit a regional branch if icai near to your place and just ask for a solutions to resolve your issue they will take care of it..
