Registration revocation related querie
Registration have been cancelled due to non filling of gst return by the gst department . supplier filed revocation application after due date i.e after one month of the cancellation of gst registration but department rejected revocation application on dated 14/01/2020 after that supplier have filed appeal but not relief. After that gst councel 39 metting declare that gst registration revocation can be filed up to 30/06/2020 if registration cancelled before 14/03/2020 . but now gst portal not allowe revocation application and portal shown a message you already filed revocation filed. how to filed revocation application for gst registration.

I do not found any such Notification that revocation can be filed till 30/6/2020 whose registration has been cancelled before 14/3/2020 & it is also not in press release issued dated 14/3/2020 after 39 GST council meeting.

which Seeks to extend due date of compliance which falls during the period from "20.03.2020 to 29.06.2020" till 30.06.2020 and to extend validity of e-way bills.
