Yes registration is compulsory in case of a supplier making intersate supply irrespective of the amount of supply so you have to register yourself under GST.

it is a type of restaurant service. ..and hence not goods but a service. now with a notification if interstate supply of service and intrastate supply cumulatively up to 20 lakh no need to register. .. so in my view no registration required
