if a food and tea shop situated at border of up and delhi ,he sales 100000 intra state and 1000 inter state then registration will be required or not??plz answer

Yes registration is compulsory in case of a supplier making intersate supply irrespective of the amount of supply so you have to register yourself under GST.

As per sec 24 of CGST ACT In case of inter state sale of GOODS compulsory registration is required. (No limit of of Rs. 20 lac or 10 lac applicable)

it is a type of restaurant service. ..and hence not goods but a service. now with a notification if interstate supply of service and intrastate supply cumulatively up to 20 lakh no need to register. ..
so in my view no registration required
