If any person who have similar business in same state can take two registration no.

First of "No Need to Take another Registration. You can run Your business with Single GSTIN...



But,
You want another one then You can register under GST as Vertical Business Activities...

If a party do transaction with U in another state.

than u have to take credit in ur that state GST number since gst is supply based.

u can not take gst credit in another state number if service/goods send to that state where there is no GST number.

Single GSTIN enough is Same state and its Branches in Same state if Taxpayer have same business or Multible Business. No need another GSTIN...
