I want to Apply for service tax licence as a service receiver, what services are covered under such registration..
ie Registration will be for all Input Services or only Services covered under reverse charge..
If possible plz provide notification or any circular issued by deptt..
Please go through the Notification No.30/2012 - ST Dated : 20/06/2012. There has ben latest amendments in regards with the reversae Charge at ACES.
Services notificed in the notification no. 30/2012 dated 20/6/2012 are only covered under Reverse charge machanism. You have to take registration only for the services that are covered under said notification and the same are input for you. kindly visit the site https://www.servicetax.gov.in/st-notfns-home.htm.
