BUT HE WANTS TO WRITE REGISTERED WITH HIS FIRM NAME.

THEN CAN HE WRITE WITH THE NAME TM REGD NO.

You can take Gumasta/ Municipal Corporation License From Municipal Corporation. and Take Profession Tax No. from Sales Tax in the name of Firms and you have registered Firm with Sales Tax and Municipal Corporation.

First you have to register concerned department, means Cilincal laboratory alls under Health & Medical department and Shops establishments Department where there is no need to filing of annual returns and all. This is my openion, let experts come with their advice in this regard
PLEASE DO TRADEMARK AND LOGO REGISTRATION
One may get the registration from the department concern and write regiatered with its name.
May visit to local commerce building, if they have any procedure for registration of proprietorship.
By applying for registration with trade mark authority you can only mention with the name "SM" or "TM" initially. It takes 3-4 years to get ur name or logo registered with authority.
BUT AFTER GETTING TM NO. CAN I WRITE TM REGD. NO. ON THE LETTER PADS ETC.
MY FIRM GOT REGISTERED PROVISIONALLY ON GETTING TM NO.
