One of my friend want to open its proprietorship firm. He want to open current a/c in bank but bank demands some registeration certificate to open it. I want to know whether proprietorship firm can be registered. He is starting his software development business and there is no service tax registration requirement as receipt will be below the taxable limit. what he can give to the bank to open a Current A/c.
