Can any one tell the exact procedure for registration of Proprietary concern, Like documents required, Registration fee, and how to proceed. I heard that there will not be any registration for Proprietary concern. If we wish to get it registere, is there any procedure?

I also heard dat we can not register a prop. firm but i have found below mentioned link where u find a word file and ca contact number. just check and confirm whether we can register the same or not.

firm. There is no restriction on the name of the pan card. He is free to choose
any line of business and take any action with the some legal formalities,
as applicable.
