I have a query on premise registration.
I am an importer and a first stage dealer.I have applied for excise number for the mumbai premise and was alloted for the same and the number is ending with ED001. after the allotment i have rented a place in bhiwandi to just keep my stocks:
1. Do i require to register the rented premise or i just have to submit the agreement copy to my jurisdiction in which i was allotted the excise number.
2. If i register the rented premises under bhiwandi jurisdiction will my excise number will be different?
3. how will i bill for the same if the stocks are sold from bhiwandi godown and my registered office is in mumbai?
4. Am i allowed to include bhiwandi godown address and office address(on which i was alloted excise no) in the invoice?
please solve the queries.
