Hi. I want to register an additional place of business which is used as godown. This place was taken on rent 2 years back but registration was not done. As per rule the godown should have been registered within 30 days of rent agreement. If I register now will there be any penalty or fine payable.
Better to register now than never registering.
At present no penalty is being charged
