please tell if in case employee gratuity is privately maintained by a pvt company, then what is the registration process of employee grauity trust and where is to be registered ?
and what are the other compliances of maintaining the trust and manner of investing the fund,

You can form a Group Gratuity Scheme with LIC. An agent from LIC itself will guide you about all the procedures. You can contact any agent at LIC.
A resolution has to be passed by the authorized signatory and Trustees as applicable are to be assigned.
